BRIGADIER GENERAL JAMES R. MARSHALL
Brigadier
General James R. Marshall is the Air National Guard
assistant to staff judge advocate, Headquarters Air
Combat Command (ACC), Langley Air Force Base, Va. He
serves as the principal advisor on Air National Guard
legal services and operational law issues to the staff
judge advocate for Air Combat Command. His
responsibilities include training oversight and
operational readiness of the 42 Air National Guard legal
offices in the command. As a member of the judge
advocate general’s Air National Guard Council, he
coordinates policies and programs for ACC-gained Air
National Guard judge advocates and paralegals with the
staff judge advocate for Air Combat Command and various
directorates within the Air National Guard.
